If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you already paid for it, we will send you a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, it is clearly displayed in the “Total Cost”.

All items delivered by Post Haste and Castle Parcels Couriers should be attempted to be personally delivered to the recipient with a signature obtained in accordance with the Post Haste and Castle Parcels Couriers standard policy. In a situation where a signature cannot be obtained and the Post Haste and Castle Parcels authorized driver has been given authority to leave the parcel. In a specific spot it will be left there where a signature has been required, then items will not be left unless the signature is obtained. Kolotex LH Vape Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods that go missing when you request they be left without a signature.
SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use and conditions on our Website are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the New Zealand Law. In the event of any disputes and issues arising in relation to these terms of use submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
